I have been so busy with orders, the new house renovation, my own work commitment, and it was a wonderful surprise to have my birthday celebrated today, although the actual day was actually yesterday---- I am a September Baby:)
I was not told where my bday dinner would be ; but I was really happy with where we landed:)
We placed our order of A Plate of Pork Knuckes (which was ScRumpTious...) the Chef's famous Sang Min and Vietnamese Spring Rolls to start the meal amidst the breezy serenade of the calming sounds of water at the RSYC, at West Cost:)
It was a superb evening....
